Terms of Service
Effective date: August 8, 2026
Thanks for using PDFkeep. These terms keep things clear and fair for everyone.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PDFkeep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
The service
PDFkeep provides browser-based tools for merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing PDF files. All processing occurs on your own device. We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Use of files
You are solely responsible for the documents you process and the way you use them. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to any content you upload to, or generate with, the tools.
No warranty
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFkeep and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Intellectual property & acceptable use
The PDFkeep name, logo, and site design are our intellectual property; the tools and output documents remain yours. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its normal operation.
Advertising & changes
The service may be supported by clearly-distinguished advertising. We may revise these Terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
